Wintertuin Festival

The eighth edition of the Wintertuin Curaçao Festival returns on Saturday, September 19, 2026, transforming the enchanting gardens of Landhuis Vredenberg into a vibrant celebration of storytelling, literature, music, and culture. Under this year’s theme, “Moveshon,” the festival explores the movement of languages, stories, and communities, bringing together an exciting mix of local and international artists for an evening of inspiring performances, thought-provoking conversations, live music, short films, and interactive experiences.

Visitors can enjoy three stages filled with creativity, surprise acts, delicious food, and the launch of a brand-new book by a local author, all set against the magical backdrop of one of Curaçao’s historic estates. In the days leading up to the festival, additional events across the island—including a beach jam session, a multilingual writing masterclass, and a creative writing workshop—will build anticipation for what promises to be another unforgettable edition. With last year’s festival selling out completely, early ticket reservations are highly recommended.
