I signed up for the free workshop "6 Steps to a Better Business" by Arthur Rosaria about a month ago. Arthur is the owner / entrepreneur behind ActionCoach Caribbean. The aim of the organization is to help business owners grow their business, which ultimately leads to more jobs throughout our communities.
The workshop was very informative. It focused on which steps to take to grow your business in a stable matter. The different phases a business goes through are discusses and analyzed. By taking time to refine your business strategies and priorities it is possible to speed up developments on different levels in your organization. The 4 areas to mastery are explained to make your business more effective and efficient. This short workshop is a great tip if you need new inspiration in these troubled times.
