On Sunday, March 27, 2022, Gallery Alma Blou and Salustiano Martha has the pleasure to invite you to the exhibition"HUNTU". The exhibit will be held at Selsio Martha's home at Seroe Fortuna 190. Selsio moved back to Curacao where he was born from The Netherlands with a collection os his sculptures. This sculpture park is a beautiful decoration for the area where he was born in Seroe Fortuna.
Selsio was educated in ceramic art at "Ceramic Suffisant" on Curacao. This was an initiative of the 'Obra di Man' foundation in the 1970s. Salustiano Martha searches in his work for what connects us instead of what separates us. He works with ceramics and bronze and materials. His work is inspired by Caribbean and African masks, symbolism and forms.
